Sleep

I am currently in the process of reading "Light Out Sleep Sugar and Survival" by Wiley... As soon as I get some good info for you I'll put it up. Until then:

1) Sleep in a pitch black room. Use blackout curtains if you have to and cover up anything that emits light (alarm clocks, cell phones...)

2) Get at least 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night, the more the better.

3) Take a Magnesium supplement ( something like "Natural Calm") 30-45 mintues before bed time if necessary. Magnesium or even ZMA is much better than taking melatonin or tryptophan.
